I am way behind in my posts, so I am just throwing a few pictures on since I am in Sunrise for a night or two. I feel like Danny was thrown to the wolves today. He remained in Vero to deal with things there. Everytime I talked to him more workers were there. They delivered our dryer which was damaged the first time and had to be reordered. The alarm technician came, but the phone wasn't hooked up yet, so Danny ran out and found a Bell South guy in the neighborhood who had our order. He came and hooked it up immediately so the alarm tech could do his thing. Meanwhile, the cabinet guy showed up to replace a damaged door and the pool guy was there to check on a leak either caused by or discovered by the paver guys that were there digging up and repacking the 3' perimeter around the pool due to some sinkholes forming around several of the pools in the neighborhood after a recent rain... and oh yeah lets not forget the painter who stopped by to give us our estimate. Then on top of that, our neighbor across the street came to share his water bill which was $500.00. Danny of course became concerned for our bill since we have had to refill the pool several times due to the leak. (The major leak is fixed. A pipe was crushed near the spa.) I feel for him, he had a tough day. I had to leave him to bring the kids down here for their physicals and vaccine records for school. They ended up each having to get two shots. You know they loved that! Danny will join us here tomorrow morning since he has several doctor appointments to attend. We will most likely stay here through the weekend since more people seem to come by to see the house on Sat and Sun, then we will be back up on Monday because we have to get all the paint for the painters who will hopefully start on Tuesday. I will try to post some more pictures soon though, as there are tons of things that have gone by that I would like to share.

Our dear friend Whitey came for a visit with his companion Marilyn, a wonderful lady. It was really nice to see him. He has not visited for several years since losing his wife, Gloria. He also recently went through a tough time, having bypass surgery himself. He looked great though and was, thankfully, the same ole Whitey.

This was taken on my birthday. Steph and I had just returned from a two day orientation at UCF and our friends were in town for Steph's graduation party the next day. We drove right in from Orlando and met them all at the restaurant. Although we were pretty spent, it was great.
